Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, company and project details when you contact us by WhatsApp, email, phone or our brief builder.
- Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics about page views and performance collected by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies to identify you.

- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Brief builder and messaging
Our brief builder does not store your answers on our servers. It prepares a message that opens in WhatsApp or your email client, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Messages are then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business — such as hosting, email and messaging providers — and only as needed, or where required by law. When working on client projects, we sign data processing agreements on request.
International transfers
We are based in India and work with clients worldwide, so information you send us may be processed in India and in the countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for support, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act — you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information and to object to certain processing. Email us at the address above and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and least-privilege access to systems.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
